Have questions before choosing your EverAfter wedding venue? We've listed some common questions below. If you still need more information, feel free to contact us anytime.
Booking Policies
- What type of payment is required to book a reservation?
- The initial booking process requires a deposit, including both the required package deposit and the venue fee deposit, this is only refundable up to seventy-two (72) hours after the payment is made. After seventy-two (72) hours, it becomes non-refundable, but it is extendable and transferable for up to one (1) year. As soon as the deposit reaches one (1) year, it will be considered forfeited.
- When is the full package payment due?
- The full balance is due 45 days before your ceremony.
- If not paid by then, your ceremony or additional services may be canceled.
- If booking within 45 days of your ceremony, the full amount is required at the time of booking.
- Are the Minister fee and other gratuities included in the package price?
- No, the following suggested fees are additional:
- Minister: $70
- Photographer: $30–$90 (based on session)
- Limo Driver: $25–$40 (based on package)
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, each of which will incur a nominal processing fee whether debit or credit. We do not refund processing fees.
- We accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks; please include both parties’ first and last names along with your plan number, these can be made out to:

- Personal checks are not accepted.
- What are your rescheduling policies?
- Rescheduling Fee Waived:
- For your first change of date, time, or venue if made more than forty-five (45) days before the confirmed ceremony date.
- A Rescheduling Fee of $100 will be charged:
- For all additional changes of date, time, or chapel made after your waived first time regardless of how many days away your ceremony is scheduled.
- For your first change of date, time, or chapel if you call less than forty-five (45) days before your confirmed ceremony date and time.
- What are your cancellation policies?
- If you cancel more than 45 days before your confirmed date, all payments except the initial deposit and venue fee will be refunded.
- Within 45 days, all payments become non-refundable, and only credits for date changes are given, subject to rescheduling fees and additional policies.
Bridal Beauty
- How do I make an appointment for my hair and makeup?
- If you'd like your hair and/or makeup professionally done, we have preferred stylists and artists available.
- Contact your Personal Wedding Planner to discuss details and set your appointment.
Ceremony
- How long is the ceremony?
- The ceremony lasts about 8 to 12 minutes, depending on the minister and whether it is a civil or religious ceremony.
- Before the ceremony:
- You will be greeted by your "day of" ceremony coordinator and receive your flowers.
- You will meet with your minister to personalize the ceremony and with your photographer to review your photo selections.
- We recommend watching live weddings on our website to get a feel for what your ceremony will be like.
- Can we write our own vows?
- Yes, you may write your own vows.
- Submit your vows through your online personal profile at least one week in advance for approval.
- Note:
- Vows are limited to 1,000 characters each (not 1,000 words).
- If more space is needed, consider writing a handwritten note or reading them as a toast at your reception.
- Additional venue time can be purchased if needed.
- What is the candle lighting ceremony?
- During the ceremony, each partner lights a center candle together, symbolizing unity.
- Afterward, you will receive the candle to take home and light on anniversaries as a renewal of your love.
- What music do you play?
- You can provide your own music by uploading it to your wedding profile with the correct YouTube link.
- Clarify which song you’d like to be played during specific moments (e.g., exit song).
- Each selection will play for about 30-45 seconds, with fade-ins and fade-outs by our Audio/Video tech.
- Music is played at the following times:
- Wedding Party Entrance
- Groom Entrance
- Bride Entrance
- Unity Candle Ceremony (instrumentals recommended for indoor ceremonies)
- Pronouncement of the married couple or as you exit the venue.
- Alternatively, you can book live music, such as an organist, guitarist, harpist, violinist, or "Elvis."
- Can you provide a translator for my ceremony?
- Translators are available for most languages, typically costing around $150.
- Requests should be made at least a week before the ceremony.
- Contact your wedding planner for details.
- Can we film or take photos with our own cameras during the ceremony?
- Guest Photos/Filming:
- If permitted, guests may use cell phones to take photos, record, or livestream from their seats.
- Guests are not allowed to move around during the ceremony to avoid interference.
- Outside Photographers:
- Outside photography is permitted at a pre-paid cost of $500.
- EverAfter is not liable if contracted photographers do not follow our policies.
- What if the two of us do not want to see each other prior to the ceremony?
- Pre-arrange our "First Look" service to keep you in separate locations before the ceremony.
- This optional upgrade must be added and paid for in advance.
- Am I going to have a religious or civil ceremony? What is the difference between the two?
- You may choose either a religious or civil ceremony:
- Religious Ceremony: Incorporates Bible scriptures and a prayer blessing your marriage.
- Civil Ceremony: Focuses solely on your relationship without mentioning God.
- Your preference will be discussed with your minister prior to the ceremony.
- Can we have a wedding rehearsal?
- Unfortunately, due to the volume of weddings, we do not offer rehearsals.
- What is the difference between a legal marriage and a commitment ceremony?
- Legal Marriage:
- Involves obtaining a valid marriage license and being married by a legally qualified officiant.
- Commitment Ceremony:
- A public declaration of commitment without legal recognition.
- A waiver acknowledging the ceremony's non-legal status must be signed.
EverAfter Property
- Is there somewhere for my guests to park?
- Limited parking is available for you and your guests.
- Saturdays are especially busy, so spaces fill quickly.
- Consult with your wedding planner to arrange transportation, including our limousine or charter services.
- Where can my guests wait before and after the ceremony?
- Guests are welcome to wait in the lobby or on the grounds until the chapel is ready for seating.
- After the ceremony, guests will be escorted outside while you take posed photos inside the chapel.
- The chapel lobby has limited seating, so guests should dress appropriately for possible outdoor waiting.
Wedding and Reception Flowers:
- Customization Options:
- Our on-site Las Vegas florists are available to help you customize your wedding flowers. Many couples find our flowers more beautiful and affordable than ones brought from home. Most changes and additions can be made up to a week or two before your wedding. For unusual flowers or elaborate requests, please allow at least two weeks.

- Flower Colors Available:
- We offer red, white, and pink flowers by default, but we can provide any color with advance notice for a nominal fee. A one-time fee of $20 applies for any special color requests, covering all flower arrangements in your wedding plan.
- Upgrades and Additions:
- Yes, you can upgrade and add to your flower order. Our floral department can design anything to bring your vision to life.
- Bringing Your Own Flowers:
- You may bring your own flowers, but you must distribute them before arriving at the chapel. We do not accept deliveries or hold flowers from outside vendors. Floral arrangements included in your package (like the bridal bouquet) will be forfeited if you bring your own.
General Information:
- Witness for Elopements:
- We can provide a witness at no charge if it's just the two of you. Please let your planner know.
- Minister’s Fee Payment:
- Pay the minister's fee discreetly after the ceremony. We suggest a minimum of $70. The minister will also handle the delivery of your documents to the Clark County Recorder's Office.
- Ceremony Video Compatibility:
- All videos are recorded in a regionless format, ensuring compatibility in any country.
- Live Singer at Ceremony:
- We can arrange a live singer for you or accommodate one of your own. Extra chapel time may be required if you bring your own singer.
- First Look Service:
- A "First Look Service" can be arranged to keep you and your fiancé apart before the ceremony. This optional upgrade must be added and paid for before your ceremony.
- Reception or Celebration Dinner:
- We offer partnerships with various off-site venues, from upscale breweries to award-winning restaurants, for your reception or celebration dinner.
- Coupons and Discounts:
- Coupons or discount offers must be presented at the time of booking or before final payment. They cannot be applied after that.
- Consumer Privacy Policy:
- We do not sell or exchange personal information with third parties.
- Marriage Certificate Copy:
- You will receive a decorative copy of your marriage certificate before leaving the chapel. The official copy can be ordered from the County Recorder's Office at a cost of $15 per copy, with expedited options available.
- Marriage License Information:
- A Nevada State Marriage License is required before your ceremony. It costs $102 and must be obtained from the Clark County Marriage License Bureau. If you do not have the license at the time of your ceremony, it will be canceled, rescheduled, or performed as a non-binding commitment ceremony.
- License Assistance Service:
- For $125, we offer a VIP Consultation Service to assist you in obtaining your marriage license. This includes transportation and a tour of the chapel.
- Plan ID Location:
- Your Plan ID can be found in your account dashboard under the "Account" tab.
Internet Services:
- How do I watch a live wedding?
- Click on "View A Wedding" on the home page.
- Enter the correct date and click "Go."
- Find the wedding in the list and click on the couple's name.
- Your video will start playing automatically when the ceremony starts.
- Live broadcast is an extra charge and not available in outdoor venues
- Live Streaming and Video Viewing:
- Most ceremony packages include live Internet streaming. After the initial free viewing period, videos are available for pay-per-view. Additional broadcasting packages are also available.
- Technical Requirements for Viewing:
- You need a current web browser with Adobe Flash Player and a high-speed Internet connection.
- Troubleshooting Video Issues:
- If you experience video issues, try restarting your player or closing and reopening the browser. A high-speed connection is recommended for smooth playback.
Limousine Transportation at EverAfter
- How many people can the limousine accommodate?
- Each limousine can hold a maximum of 8 people.
- Can we have drinks in the limousine?
- Our wedding chapel does not have a license to sell or consume alcohol.
- Open containers of alcohol are not allowed in the limousine or anywhere on the property.
- Is it possible to get a second limousine?
- Two complimentary limousines are included with certain wedding packages:
- Luxurious Ceremony
- Cherish Ceremony
- Cara Mia Ceremony
- Additional transportation options are available for up to 8, 26, or 55 passengers.
- For separate arrivals, consider the Deluxe First Look Service for $200, which includes:
- The regular First Look Service
- 16 Hours of Additional Internet Viewing Time
- A courtesy second limousine
- How does the limousine service work and what does it include?
- Stretch limousines seat up to eight people.
- Your driver will call your hotel room 45 to 60 minutes before your ceremony to provide pick-up details.
- After the ceremony and any photos, the driver will return you to your hotel.
- Call the Chapel with your room number upon arrival in Las Vegas to ensure the driver can reach you.
- How do I get taxi cabs for my guests or myself to return to the hotel? Can you call a taxi for me?
- Taxis may take 30-60 minutes to arrive if called to the chapel.
- We suggest:
- Walking to the Stratosphere to catch a taxi
- Using ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft for faster response times
- How long do I have the limousine?
- Limousines are available for transport from your hotel to the chapel and back after the ceremony.
- Hourly rates are not available with in-house limousines.
- Options for charter limos, shuttles, or buses for up to 4 hours can be added.
- Does the limousine drive down the Las Vegas Strip?
- For a Strip tour, consider:
- The Wedding Ceremony and Strip Tour package
- The Ultimate Ceremony and Photo Shoot at Las Vegas Sign
- Other packages typically do not include a Strip tour.
- Where should I meet the limousine?
- The driver will call your hotel room 45 to 60 minutes before your ceremony to give pick-up instructions.
- Be dressed and ready one hour prior to your ceremony to navigate large resorts.
- Where will the limousine pick up and drop off?
- Pick-up and drop-off are available at any hotel on the Strip or Downtown.
- Residential areas are not served.
- What if I cannot utilize the limousine service, or do not have a limousine included in my wedding package?
- Contact your Wedding Planner to discuss options for adding a limousine to your package.
- Limited parking is available on the Chapel property.
- Arrive 20-25 minutes prior to your ceremony time, considering traffic and parking.
- Limo Car Seat Policy
- One car seat is provided, suitable for children aged 1 to 6, weighing 22 to 80 pounds.
- Additional car seats are available upon request.
- Infant seats are not provided.
- You are responsible for installing the car seat; drivers cannot assist due to safety regulations.
Photography
- What photos will I be receiving?
- Packages include a different number of printed candid 4x6 ceremony photos.
- Photographers will take more photos than included, allowing you to choose your favorites.
- Additional Photography Sessions are available for:
- Post-ceremony photo shoots
- Group and family photos

- Reordering prints and enlargements is possible from our Photo Gallery.
- Without Digital Copyrights, prints cannot be made at other studios.
- Digital Copyrights allow printing anywhere.
- Digital images are kept for approximately six months.
- When can I pick up my photos?
- A Photo Appointment will be scheduled for viewing your photos, usually the next day.
- If unavailable, a webinar viewing can be arranged, and photos will be mailed.
- Shipping charges vary based on destination.
- Can I get Black & White or Sepia photos?
- Enlargements can be ordered in Color, Black & White, or Sepia.
- Ask your wedding planner for more details.
- Can I purchase my negatives?
- Photography is digital; negatives are not provided.
- Digital Copyrights can be purchased on a thumb drive starting at $695.
- Includes all wedding photos and rights to share them.
- Can I bring my own photographer?
- Outside photography is permitted for an additional pre-paid cost of $500.00.
- Chapel policies will be provided to the outside photographer.
- The Chapel is not responsible for policy adherence.
- How can I view my photos online after the ceremony?
- Go to everafter.com
- Click "View A Ceremony"
- Select your wedding date
- Find your names and view photos under "Wedding Photos"
- How much does it cost to have my photos shipped?
- Shipping costs are:
- Standard US first-class: $29.97
- Standard International: $39.97
- Expedited shipping available for an additional cost
- Additional charges for canvas prints
- Can I have group or family shots taken?
- Available with the Sunflower Photography Session and above.
- Group and family shots are available with the Tulip Photography Session and above.
- Ask your wedding planner for suggestions.
- Is there a limit to how many guests can attend my wedding?
- Guest Maximum varies depending on the capacity of the wedding chapel you've chosen, and not the ceremony package.
*A guest is anyone attending the wedding other than the wedding couple, including members of the wedding party. The wedding party does not need to be included in the seated count.
